Every cut I have is amazing.
The ground beef is 5 star,
The Chucks are the very best,
The liver needs a review of it's own! Don't like liver? Get this one time, cook it right, some Tallow or bacon fat, a hot pan, and only 2 or 3 minutes a side.
It still needs to look a bit bloody on top, and cut med rare, after it's sat for just a minute.
I crave it once a week. One slice.

These Chucks are simply amazing. I've yet to be patient enough to let one cook as a pot roast, but I start carving at 125 and hold them at med rare.

All your packages leak blood when thawing which indicates I can experience freezer burn. What’s with the cheap wrap tho I like it’s not heat sealed causing nano-particles to seep into meat
