Too good and we got 4 or 5 meals. Slow cooked it extra long as my husband forgot it on warm during our 9 hour sudden ER trip and it was so tender and juicy. Love the fat!!!

This is the best liver ever! Being from A&K, you know it is. My body asks for a good 8-12 ounces a week. Super nutritious and tasty. Do not overcook this meat.

I have not found a cut that I haven't reordered. This beef is simply amazing.
