The Raw Beef Fat I received was from A&K was exceptionally high quality. I have bought raw fat from other vendors over the years and none of them could match the quality I bought from A&K. Will definitely buy again.

The brisket patties are a little spendy for my budget, but they are beyond amazing. The fat content is perfect, making them cook up plump. Let them rest, and the bite and flavor are unmatched anywhere I've been.

Ok so I usually avoid brats of all kinds because I don’t like gristle. My wife loves them regardless. These are the best either of us has even had. So clean and such good quality!!

Everything was great

When we order A&K we know it’s gonna be good. Almost anywhere else we buy meat it’s got loads of gristle and other narly stuff in it. A&K’s is like butter. Delicious!!
