Flavor was great. Very thick and hard to get thinner. Would be a lot better if I didn’t have to cook so long to get center cooked.

Excellent cuts, we love that everything has bones. My only complaint is the packaging. It’s flimsy and the meat gets feost. Also, when thawing the cuts leak blood bad. Great choice of cuts. Glad you don’t trim fat too much.
