A Norwegian from Wisconsin, Scott missed brats in the summer so much and I missed Italian when we gave up pork. These are delicious, still tastes like the brats we remember and perfect for my sauerkraut. Scott just likes ketchup lol. Norwegians.

Wonderful treats for our dogs and I can make my medicinal bonebroth so I’ll be stocking up next order.

I seriously have to learn how to cook it. We had it for breakfast for 3 days and grilled a dinner. We eat steak every day and I like the cheaper cuts and the sirloin for breakfast steaks. So it was a little tough but I’ve never cooked it before. Delicious. FYI I’m bed bound in the living room so I can participate in cooking but I was too sick to instruct my husband how to prepare it. He’s the cook. Praying for healing when I get up north so I can do what I love most.

Too good and we got 4 or 5 meals. Slow cooked it extra long as my husband forgot it on warm during our 9 hour sudden ER trip and it was so tender and juicy. Love the fat!!!

Excellent!! My husband remarked several times “This is the best steak I’ve ever had”. My favorite is the Hanger steak, but it is always sold out 😔

MANGO HABENERO!! We love them😍 my wife and I both think these are the perfect level of spice. They have no grit or gristle so taste and texture together mean they are A+++ fantastic. We have had the regular ones too and they were very good we can’t wait to try them all
