At A&K Land & Cattle, our cattle are pasture-raised and fed our signature Cow Caviar™ from start to finish. This premium feed blend is grown and mixed right here on our family farm in Hooker, Oklahoma. By growing what we feed and raising what we sell, we control every step from pasture to plate.

Cow Caviar™ is a carefully balanced ration that typically includes corn, oats, alfalfa, sorghum silage, and molasses. This blend provides consistent nutrition year-round, supports healthy digestion, and delivers the rich marbling and bold flavor our beef is known for. Unlike many conventional operations, we never outsource our feed program—ensuring the same quality in every bite. 

Our cattle are raised in a low-stress environment and handled with care to promote calm behavior and better-tasting beef. We do not use hormones or antibiotics, and none of our animals receive mRNA vaccines. We follow USDA-inspected protocols at every stage of processing to maintain the highest standards of safety and integrity.
