We had the stew meat for dinner the day it arrived. The meat is tender and with a sweet flavor. We will be getting our stew meats and other beef products from A & K Land and Cattle Company from now on. Thank you so much for the care of your cattle. The taste attests to that.
We got it along with the Dino ribs. We smoked the oxtail and then braised it. It was fantastic.
