We had the stew meat for dinner the day it arrived. The meat is tender and with a sweet flavor. We will be getting our stew meats and other beef products from A & K Land and Cattle Company from now on. Thank you so much for the care of your cattle. The taste attests to that.

Absolutely phenomenal quality. These Dino Ribs were massive, beautifully cut, and packed with flavor. You can immediately tell this is premium, Oklahoma-raised, dry-aged Sim-Angus beef. The marbling was excellent, and after a low-and-slow cook they came out incredibly tender with deep, rich beef flavor.

What really sets these apart is the quality and consistency — clean trim, great thickness, and true plate short ribs, not the thin grocery-store version.
