Loved the generous size, the meat to fat ratio, the pre-shaped patties with individual wax paper, and the flavor.
I love beef cheeks and the ones offered by A&K were delicious. They weren't trimmed as much as the picture on their website shows, so some additional trimming is required before cooking, but still incredibly yummy when prepared properly.
