Water goes where the ground sends it. Grading and leveling decide whether a field irrigates evenly, drains properly and stays farmable — or whether you fight the same wet corner every year.
Irrigation development
In our early years, our whole focus was transforming non-irrigated cropland into fully irrigated, high-quality soils capable of high-yield production. We know what that conversion costs, how long it takes, and which ground is worth converting.
The long view
Range health is a decade-scale project, not a season. We manage grazing pressure, rest rotations, brush and soil health so pasture carries more cattle in ten years than it does today.
