Where do you ship?

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states via FedEx Express, delivering to both residential and business addresses.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders every Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed by 11:00 AM CST on Wednesday will ship that same week and typically arrive within 2 days.

How is the beef packaged and shipped?

All orders are packed in a 16"x16"x16" insulated liner box with dry ice and shipped via FedEx Express 2-day delivery to ensure your beef stays frozen and protected during transit.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship to businesses or just homes?

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses.

What kind of cattle do you raise?

Our beef comes from Sim-Angus cattle, raised on our family farm in a low-stress environment. From pasture to packaging, we manage every step in-house.

What do your cattle eat?

Our cattle are fed Cow Caviar, a premium blend of triticale and forage sorghum silage, grown and fermented on our farm to promote high-quality beef and healthy animals.

Is your beef dry-aged?

Yes. Every cut is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness, then USDA-inspected, hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, and shipped to your door.

Where is the beef processed?

All beef is processed at Hat Creek Butchery, a USDA-inspected facility in Plains, Kansas, ensuring strict quality and safety standards.

What is the fat content of your ground beef?

All of our ground beef is a standard 80/20 blend, providing the ideal balance of flavor and leanness for burgers, tacos, and everyday meals.

How do I manage my subscription?
