How We Ship

Cold, Safe, and Ready for Your Table

Because premium beef deserves premium protection.

At A&K Land & Cattle, freshness is locked in—not left to chance. That’s why we ship all of our beef frozen, not fresh. Flash-freezing after dry aging ensures every cut arrives just as it left our ranch: full of flavor, perfectly preserved, and protected from spoilage during transit.

Why We Ship Cold

At A&K Land & Cattle, we ship all orders using 2-Day FedEx Express with dry ice and insulated coolers to keep your beef cold and safe — not left to chance.

Some cuts may arrive frozen. Others may arrive refrigerator-cold (below 40°F). Either way, your order will arrive safely and ready to refrigerate, freeze, or cook immediately.

This cold shipping method preserves flavor, texture, and safety — so every bite tastes just as it should.

The A&K Cold Chain Advantage

Unlike companies that risk thaw-refreeze cycles, we take a smarter approach with 2-day shipping and careful insulation:

  • No spoilage or temperature swings
  • No loss of tenderness or marbling
  • No compromise on safety or flavor

Every cut is vacuum-sealed after dry aging and shipped with care.
