These Promotional Terms & Conditions govern all discounts, promotional codes, giveaways, gift card incentives, and special offers (“Promotions”) issued by A&K Land & Cattle (“A&K”). By participating in any Promotion, the customer agrees to the following terms, without exception.

1. Non-Stacking Policy
   Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotional codes.
   The only exception is eligible free shipping promotions, which may stack when applicable.
   Gift card promotions, new customer promotions, influencer codes, loyalty offers, or seasonal discounts cannot be combined unless A&K explicitly states otherwise in writing.
   
   

2. One-Time Use & Account Restrictions
   Unless specifically designated, all Promotions are limited to:
   • One use per customer
   • One use per household
   • One use per shipping address
   • One use per payment method
   
   

Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions may not be used more than once per account.
If a system error allows multiple uses, A&K will contact the customer and cancel/refund the order at our discretion.

3. Abuse, Manipulation, and Misuse
   A&K reserves the right to deny a Promotion, cancel any order, or refuse a refund if we determine the customer has abused, manipulated, or intentionally attempted to exploit our system. Examples include:
   • Creating multiple accounts
   • Using unauthorized or leaked promotional codes
   • Circumventing purchase limits
   • Attempting to stack restricted promotions
   • Using VPNs or false information to bypass geographic restrictions
   
   

Any misuse may result in permanent account restriction.

4. Order Cancellation Rights
   A&K may cancel or modify any order in which a Promotion was applied incorrectly due to system error, user error, or violation of these Terms.
   Cancellations and refunds will be issued at A&K’s discretion.
   
   

5. Availability, Inventory, and Substitutions
   Promotions are subject to product availability.
   If an item included in a Promotion becomes unavailable, A&K may:
   • Substitute with an item of equal or greater value
   • Issue store credit
   • Cancel the order entirely
   
   

A&K reserves full discretion on substitutions.

6. Geographic & Shipping Restrictions
   Some Promotions may be limited to specific regions, states, or shipping zones due to cost, carrier limitations, or regulatory requirements.
   A&K may exclude certain locations from Promotions without prior notice.
   
   

7. Gift Cards
   Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless explicitly stated.
   Gift card promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless designated.
   
   

8. Subscription Rules (If Applicable)
   If a Promotion applies to subscription products:
   • It applies only to the first order unless stated otherwise.
   • Canceling, reactivating, or creating new accounts to reuse a promo is prohibited.
   
   

Any attempt to bypass subscription promotional limits will void the order.

9. Minimum Purchase Requirements
   If a Promotion requires a minimum purchase amount, shipping charges, taxes, and gift cards do not count toward that minimum unless explicitly stated.
   
   

10. Order Changes After Checkout
    Once an order is submitted:
    • Promotions cannot be added, modified, or replaced
    • New promotions cannot be retroactively applied
    • Edits to the order may void promotional eligibility
    
    

11. No Retroactive Application
    Promotions cannot be applied to:
    • Past orders
    • Orders already processed
    • Failed payments
    • Shipped or partially shipped orders
    
    

12. No Cash Value
    Promotions hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds.
    
    

13. Fraud Monitoring & Verification
    A&K may require customer verification (name, email, address, ID) if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
    Failure to verify may result in order cancellation.

14. Policy Updates & Final Authority
    A&K may modify these Promotional Terms at any time.
    Continued use of Promotions constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
    A&K retains sole discretion and final authority over:
    • Promotional eligibility
    • Order review and modification
    • Order cancellation
    • Enforcement of these Terms
