Flavor was excellent. 2 ribs were mostly fat. Very expensive for 1 rib for 2 people.
Unlock the deep, nourishing flavor of homemade bone broth with our Beef Soup Bones. Packed with marrow, collagen, and connective tissue, these bones are essential for creating rich, gelatinous stock, savory soups, and restorative broths.
Our quality ensures a healthier, more flavorful broth, straight from our family farm in Hooker, Oklahoma.
Grass-Fed, Grain-Finished: Our cattle are grass-fed, grain-finished on our farm, nourished by the feed we grow ourselves, including our signature blend, Cow Caviar™ (alfalfa hay, corn silage, etc.).
Dry-Aged Flavor Base: Sourced from our dry-aged beef, these bones carry a deeper flavor profile that translates directly into a more robust broth.
Family Favorite Prep: We use these bones for an overnight slow-simmered bone broth that we freeze and use as a base for all our sauces and gravies.
