How A&K Land & Cattle Ships Beef Across the U.S.

At A&K Land & Cattle, we take shipping seriously—because delivering premium dry-aged beef from our Oklahoma farm to your doorstep requires more than just a box and a label. Our process follows strict USDA-recommended guidelines for perishable products, and we’ve built our entire fulfillment model around quality, safety, and speed.

Shipping Schedule
All perishable orders are shipped via FedEx once weekly on Mondays. Orders placed by Friday at 2:30 PM CST ship the following Monday. FedEx 2-Day available at checkout; otherwise, orders ship FedEx

Where We Ship
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Alaska & Hawaii (subject to higher shipping fees based on location and delivery method)

  • Lower 48 states (FedEx Ground or Express, depending on zone)

How We Pack Your Order

  • Every order is packed with dry ice and insulated liners to maintain proper temperature during transit.

  • Our goal is for your beef to arrive cold to the touch or frozen, which meets USDA shipping safety standards for meat.

  • Keep in mind: USDA does not require meat to arrive fully frozen, only that it remains cold and safe to consume.

USDA Guidelines & Our Policy
We follow USDA’s perishable shipping guidance:

Products must arrive cold to the touch (40°F or below) to remain safe. Fully frozen is not required.

Because of this, we do not offer automatic refunds or reships for orders that arrive thawed but within the cold range. However, if there’s a concern with your shipment, we ask that you contact us immediately with photos and details so we can evaluate your situation and make it right when appropriate.

Tracking & Delivery Support

  • Once your box is packed and labeled, you’ll receive tracking via email.

  • We monitor every shipment with tools like PeriShip and FedEx to minimize delays.

  • Orders generally arrive within 1–3 days of shipment, depending on your location.
