This 80/20 dry-aged ground beef is made from the same Sim-Angus cattle as our steaks — pasture-raised in a stress-free environment on our Oklahoma Panhandle farm and dry-aged for 14 days to bring out rich, beefy flavor.

Each pound is vacuum-sealed at our USDA-inspected facility for maximum freshness and ready to be used for burgers, tacos, casseroles, and more.
