Every pound comes from our dry-aged Sim-Angus cattle, raised and finished on our family farm in Hooker, Oklahoma. We grow the feed, raise the cattle, and oversee every step of the process—so what ends up on your plate is bold, flavorful, and truly farm-direct.

Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days, USDA inspected, and processed locally at Hat Creek Butchery. Each 1 lb pack is vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen with dry ice to preserve peak freshness.

We ship every Tuesday and Wednesday using FedEx Express to get your beef from our ranch to your doorstep, fast and frozen. Learn more about how we ship.
