Our cattle are never rushed, never injected with hormones or antibiotics, and live in a low-stress, open pasture. Every cut in this box is vacuum-sealed and hand-packed at our USDA-inspected facility to preserve freshness and flavor. This isn’t grocery store beef — it’s dry-aged, heritage-raised beef crafted for quality.
