All cuts are USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and ready for your plate. Weights may vary slightly due to natural variation.

Shipping Information:
All perishable orders ship via FedEx once weekly on Mondays. Orders placed by Friday at 2:30 PM CST ship the following Monday. FedEx 2-Day (live rate) is available at checkout if you prefer faster delivery, otherwise orders will ship FedEx Ground.
