The Ultimate Dino Ribs Experience

Massive & Meaty Dino Ribs (1 Rack per Pack)

Dubbed Dino Ribs for their impressive size, these are the legendary Beef Plate Short Ribs—the ultimate centerpiece for any barbecue or slow-roast. Each pack contains one full, glorious rack, yielding massive, bone-in portions of tender meat.

This cut is known for its heavy marbling, which, when cooked low and slow, renders into a rich, deep flavor profile and an intensely succulent, fork-tender texture. The high concentration of collagen melts down, coating the meat and creating that signature "jiggle" prized by pitmasters. Our Dry-Aged process only intensifies this incredible beefy flavor.

Sourced from our premium Sim-Angus Beef cattle in Oklahoma, these Dino Ribs guarantee a memorable, high-quality meal every time.

Ideal for:

  • Slow-Smoking (The most popular method for creating barbecue perfection).

  • Braising in rich liquids (e.g., red wine, beer) until fall-off-the-bone tender.

  • Creating the most flavorful, gelatinous beef stock.

Why Choose Dino Ribs?

Dino Ribs are a unique and tasty cut of meat that stand out among other barbecue options. Renowned for their impressive size and rich flavor, these ribs offer a memorable eating experience. When cooked properly, the meat is incredibly tender and juicy, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings, backyard barbecues, or even special occasions. They provide a satisfying alternative to traditional ribs, often leaving guests raving about their deliciousness. Plus, their hardy texture holds up well against a variety of seasoning and marinades, ensuring you can customize the flavor to suit your palate.

Cooking Tips for Dino Ribs

Preparing Dino Ribs deserves special attention due to their unique size and meat structure. For the best results, consider using indirect heat when grilling or smoking them. This method helps them cook evenly, keeping the meat moist and tender. A dry rub or marinade overnight can also enhance their flavor significantly. When cooking, always aim for a temperature of 225°F to 250°F for several hours, allowing the rich flavors to meld perfectly. Let the ribs rest after cooking before serving; this becomes crucial for making them juicy and flavorful.

Perfect Pairings and Serving Suggestions

Dino Ribs shine as the centerpiece of any meal, and pairing them with the right sides can elevate the dining experience. Consider serving them alongside classic sides like coleslaw, baked beans, or cornbread for a true BBQ feast. A refreshing potato salad or grilled vegetables can also complement their robust flavors. Don’t forget to choose a delicious barbecue sauce for dipping that enhances the meat's natural richness. With Dino Ribs, your meal is certain to impress friends and family, making it a must-try for anyone who loves great food.
