The Grazer brings together the best of the best: dry-aged Ribeyes, Filets, T-Bones, and our locally legendary Okie Strips (also known as KC/NY Strips). Whether you are firing up the grill or preparing a quiet dinner for two, these steaks deliver next-level tenderness and flavor.

Every cut of beef in this box comes from cattle raised on pasture, finished for flavor, and dry-aged for 14 days to bring out a richness that only true farm-to-table beef can offer. No shortcuts. No compromises. We don't use any hormones or antibiotics and we are USDA inspected.
