This is a true, full-size brisket—cut for serious cooks.

Our Whole Brisket comes from premium, Oklahoma-raised Sim-Angus cattle and is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance flavor and texture. Left whole as a packer cut, this brisket includes both the flat and point, giving you full control whether you’re smoking, slow roasting, or braising.

With an average weight of approximately 15 pounds, this is the cut pitmasters and backyard cooks reach for when feeding a crowd or planning a long, low-and-slow cook. When prepared properly, it delivers rich beef flavor, tender slices, and classic brisket texture worth the time it takes to cook.

What Makes Dry Aged Brisket Unique?

The Dry Aged Brisket is not just any cut of beef; it is a culinary experience that combines tradition with flavor. Aging the brisket for an extended period enhances its natural marbling, resulting in incredible tenderness and a rich, deep flavor profile. This process involves carefully controlling temperature and humidity to allow the beef to develop unique flavors over time. As moisture evaporates, the concentration of flavors intensifies, and enzymes work on the meat to break down fibers, ensuring that every slice melts in your mouth. This is what sets our 13-14 lb Dry Aged Brisket apart from conventional cuts, making it a must-try for any meat lover.

Perfect Cooking Methods for Dry Aged Brisket

To truly appreciate the unique flavors of our Dry Aged Brisket, proper cooking methods are essential. Whether you choose to smoke, roast, or grill, the key is a slow and low approach that allows the meat to become tender while preserving its rich taste. For those opting for a smoker, consider using hardwood like oak or hickory to complement the natural flavors. If you prefer roasting, using a herb crust can add an extra layer of flavor that enhances the brisket, while grilling allows for delicious char marks that seal in juices. Whichever method you choose, our Dry Aged Brisket promises to deliver exceptional results.

Pairing Recommendations for Dry Aged Brisket

To elevate your Dry Aged Brisket experience, pairing it with the right side dishes and beverages can make all the difference. Classic accompaniments like roasted vegetables, creamy coleslaw, or a tangy barbecue sauce work wonderfully to balance the richness of the beef. For beverages, consider serving it with a robust red wine or a well-crafted beer that can stand up to the hearty flavors of the brisket. Additionally, gourmet sides like truffle mashed potatoes or grilled asparagus can add an upscale touch to your meal, ensuring that every element is as impressive as the star of the show—the Dry Aged Brisket.
